This week's book is โZero to Four Figuresโ by Prithvi Madhukar
We all have seen entrepreneurs making seven figures or even eight figures. But very few of them talk about the initial phases of their entrepreneurial journey when they started making two figures or maybe three figures income.
Through this book, Prithvi Madhukar, the author of this book shares her first three-year journey of becoming a digital Entrepreneurship, how she went from being broke to earning a consistent four figures income, the challenges she faced during her initial days, the mistakes she made, and some great strategies that helped her business grow.
The book is a compilation of sixty-one lessons divided into 8 chapters with sub-chapters in each chapter. The book talks about various topics ranging from self-love, Marketing, Growth-Mindset, Business Strategies, and a lot more.
The Best part of the book is that the narration of the book is so amazing that It feels like we are having a direct talk with the author. The book will keep you hooked because of its beautiful storytelling.
Overall the Book is an amazing read that will teach a lot about Entrepreneurship and will help you understand better how you can get your journey started. I would highly recommend you to read this brilliant book.
Here are 7 valuable lessons from the book
The Difference: A successful entrepreneur is not someone without any weaknesses or faults or someone who does not make any mistakes. A successful entrepreneur is someone who knows themselves so well that they know how to get out of their own way to propel their business forward.
Take responsibility: When you choose the entrepreneurship path, you must realize that YOU are the person making the decision. That means the only person responsible for everything that happens to get you there and what happens after is on you.
See each journey as a success: Regardless of how tough things are, if we each saw our journey as a success in itself. we would feel lucky and privileged that we had the opportunity to pursue something that really lights our souls with passion.
Learn to be open-minded: We have to learn to be open-minded about what our best could look like Itโs on us to change the narrative by removing existing notions about what we think our best should look like. Instead, we should learn to recognize and accept all the versions of us doing our best.
Itโs about how you keep: Focus on your challenges as the result of all the unique factors that make you instead of focusing on the challenges that arise from one factor that contributes to you.
Believe in yourself: When you trust yourself, when you truly, relentlessly trust yourself. you start believing that you have the power to change your life.
Accept this truth: The more you accept that you are responsible for your life, the easier it will be for you to cope and make peace with the lows that come with this journey.
