The Psychology Of Money
Here are 8 Lessons you should Always remember
LESS EGO, MORE WEALTH: Saving money is the gap between your ego and your income, and wealth is what you don’t see. So wealth is created by suppressing what you could buy today in order to have more stuff or more options in the future.
USE MONEY TO GAIN CONTROL OVER YOUR TIME: Not having control of your time is such a powerful and universal drag on happiness. The ability to do what you what, when you want, with who you want, for as long as your want to, pays the highest dividend that exists in finance.
BE NICER AND LESS FLASHY: No one is impressed with your possessions as much as you are. You might think you want a fancy car or a nice watch, but what you probably want is respect and admiration. and you’re more likely to gain those things through kindness and humility than horsepower and chrome.
YOU DON’T NEED A SPECIFIC REASON TO SAVE: Everyone’s life is a continuous chain of surprises. It’s great to save for a car, or for a downpayment, or a medical emergency, But saving for things that are impossible to predict or define is one of the best reasons to save.
WORSHIP ROOM FOR ERROR: A gap between what could happen in the future and what you need to happen in the future in order to do well is what gives you endurance, and endurance is what makes compounding magic over time.
INCREASE YOUR TIME HORIZON: Time is the most powerful force in investing, It makes little things grow big and big mistakes fade away. If you want to do better as an investor, the single most powerful thing you can do is increase your time horizon.
MANAGE YOUR MONEY IN A WAY THAT HELPS YOU SLEEP AT NIGHT: Some people won't sleep well unless they're earning the highest returns; others get good rest even if they earn less. "Does this help me sleep at night?" is the best universal guidepost for all financial decisions.
FIND THE ENOUGH: The hardest financial skill is getting the goalpost to stop moving. If expectations rise with the results then there is no logic in striving for more because you'll feel the same after putting in the effort. Have a sense of Enough in mind.
Actionable Advice
Here are 3 Actions you can start taking from these insights:
Save as much as you can: Life is full of uncertainties, and the need for money can arise unexpectedly. Sadly, we tend to overlook the importance of saving and indulge in impulsive spending on things that add no significant value to our lives. However, our parents, who have a wealth of experience, understand the value of money and how to use it wisely.
It's not worth earning a hundred bucks only to spend it all. Instead, it's wise to save a little portion of your income, which will undoubtedly benefit you later on. Your future self will appreciate your efforts.
Use Money to gain control over your time: Invest in tools and services that can automate or streamline your daily tasks to gain control over your time. Learn High income & Modern skills that can help you build your future and invest money in assets so that you make money while you sleep.
Have a sense of Enough: It's easy to get caught up in the cycle of always wanting more money and material possessions. However, in order to have a sense of enough in life, it's important to shift your focus away from constantly accumulating wealth and instead focus on what truly brings you happiness and fulfillment.

🎉 New Concept To learn
I have just started this new section in our newsletter where I’ll share a new concept every week to learn something new and make our life better.
This Week’s concept is Eisenhower Matrix
Developed by Dwight Eisenhower it’s a simple decision-making tool that you can use right now. Let’s talk about how to be more productive
Eisenhower’s strategy for taking action and organizing your tasks is simple. Using the decision matrix below, you will separate your actions based on four possibilities.
Urgent and important (tasks you will do immediately).
Important, but not urgent (tasks you will schedule to do later).
Urgent, but not important (tasks you will delegate to someone else).
Neither urgent nor important (tasks that you will eliminate).
Using this small matrix you can easily prioritize your tasks and make your day more productive.
