Here are some fantastic insights regarding Happiness, Philosophy, and personal growth
Happiness
Live in the now: Dwelling on the past usually results in regret, which cannot change. Worrying about the future only adds to your anxiety about something you can’t control. We can only live in the present moments so try to concentrate to enjoy the time that is present.
Journal to know yourself better: Putting things down on paper helps you to understand yourself better. Write the things that bother you, what makes you happy, etc. If you want to seek happiness, know yourself better.
Add mindfulness practices to your daily life: Try to add mindfulness to your life. Practices like Walking and breathing exercises can help your body to relax and calm your mind.
Philosophy
Accept what you can’t change: Don’t stress about the things that you can’t control. Obsessing over unchangeable and inherited circumstances causes mental anguish. accept the things that you can’t change.
Choose your friends carefully: One should be careful when one chooses friends. Make sure to make friends and associate with people who push you to become better.
Master your mind: Your mind is the most important and most powerful possession in your life. Don’t think too highly of material objects and work hard to master your mind.
Personal Growth
Schedule your priorities in advance: Set aside half an hour, perhaps on a Friday or Sunday, and look at your week ahead. Block out specific chunks of time to put toward your greatest priorities and don’t reschedule them.
Learn to listen: Resist the urge to automatically give advice. People feel most value simply by being listened to. Practice empathy and give other people your full attention.
Adopt a growth mindset: Develop a growth mindset and strength that continues to push you to seek new things, experiences, and opportunities. Learn new things to become a better person.

Reading Tip
Want to finish a book in 7 Days?
If you want to finish reading a book in one week, then count the total number of pages of the book and divide it by 7.
for example: if a book is 250 Pages. then 250/7~35 pages
So in order to finish a book in a week, you need to read 35 pages per day.
A book that I’m currently reading
I’m currently reading Attention Span by Gloria Mark. This book shows how our attention span has changed over the years, and how to restore it and build a balanced life.
